After all, a low American dollar, for example, is bound to rise at some point, which will substantially reduce the value of money coming back into the U.S.

Can anyone please explain, whether the use of 'which' above is correct.

No. GMAT would most likely use a Participial phrase for this:

After all, a low American dollar, for example, is bound to rise at some point, thereby substantially reducing the value of money coming back into the U.S.

Or as a resumptive modifier

After all, a low American dollar, for example, is bound to rise at some point, a rise that will substantially reduce the value of money coming back into the U.S.
