In the graph shown, segments BC and AC are parallel to the the x and y axes, respectively. Is the ratio of the length of AC to the length of BC equal to 1?

(1) q = - 2 and r = - 4

(2) l = 3, m = 1

its an obvious C as u r looking for ratio of l-q and m-r.
