What is the value of x?
(1) – (x + y) = x - y
(2) x + y = 2

OA is A

Statement 1:
-x - y = x - y
-x = x
2x = 0
x = 0 Sufficient

Statement 2:
x + y = 2

No info on y, hence insufficient.
