OA is D
I'm not sure why statement I is Sufficient

1 > m < p

m = 1/4 and p = 1/2 which would make v negative

or

m = -5 and p = -3 which would make v positive

??

do not pick number, reason in this case, not all yes-no question can be solve by picking number

mv<pv then

v(m-p)<0
because m<p so, v>0

A is sufficient

mv<pv<0 so mv<0

m<0 so v >0

B is sufficien

D is answer
