Hi, there. I'll help with this. :)

If you use the numbers m = 5, n = 1, it's consistent with both statements and you get a yes answer to the prompt.

If you use the numbers m = 5, n = -1, it's consistent with both statements and you get a no answer to the prompt.

Therefore, different choices allowed by either statement or by both statements together lead to different answers to the prompt. No combination allows for a definitive answer to the prompt.

Answer = E
