Hello dear MBA Admissions Consultants,

I want to pursue MBA in operations. I am also interested in programs such as masters in manufacturing management. I am facing a problem in school selection.

Indian/male/automotive – (design/development)
BE – electrical from top 10 college in India
relatively low percentage – 68
GMAT – 650 (Q47 ,V32)

I have more than 3 years experience in vehicle electrical/electronics system/subsystem development/design. Currently lead a team of 2 engineers.
My extra curriculars are: member organizing committee in inter and intra college fests, helped school students by raising funds, volunteer in company CSR activities – personality development programs for tribal kids, tree planting activities etc, have been helping my maids kids’ in their education.
Have received scholarship (for 4 years) from a big steel company in my town.

My questions:

1. What is the method that b schools follow when they convert percentage into GPA.
2. kindly suggest b schools where I hav good chance of getting into.
3. whether I have any chance of getting some kind of scholarship/ fin aid with this gmat score.

I am also planning to take stats for business, accounting and hope to do well –this may help with low GPA and low GMAT score.
