Let m=\sqrt{10^4024-1}/3$
Find the 2013th digit after the decimal point in the expression of $\sqrt{m}$

Can you please clean up the presentation? I think the fraction is just dividing by 3, leaving 3 or 6 as the answer. Please rewrite q in proper format an I will continue answer.
