I had the same problem. There are some problems that say "In the figure above..." where simply writing out the question will not work. In that case hit CTL+ALT+Print Screen. Then CTL, ALT, DEL to get to your task bar and bring up word. From there you can CTL V to paste. This is a great way to practice the problems that you get wrong on the the Prep tests.
