Hi,
This is probably a stupid question, but need some clarification. I encountered a problem in which 601.5 needed to be rounded off and I rounded off to 602 but the in the OA explanation they have rounded it to 601. I thought anthing that is a 5 or more gets rounded of to the higher number (in this case 602) than the lower number. Please help.
