1). Prime factor of h >root(h)
2). Prime factor of h > h/2
(1) Prime factor of h > √h
If h = 6, then prime factors of h = 2 and 3
Now, 3 (prime factor of h) > √6; here h is not prime.
If h = 5, then 5 (prime factor of h) > √5; here h is prime.
So, h may or may not be prime; NOT sufficient.

(2) Prime factor of h > h/2 implies it is the number itself; SUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is B.
