Area of F+M = (pi)r^2

Area of M only = (r-s)^2pi

Area of the Frame =(pi)r^2 - (r-s)^2pi
=(pi)r^2 - {(r^2 - 2rs +s^2)pi}
=Pi (r^2 -r^2+2rs-s^2)
=(Pi)s(2r -s)
So, the answer is (pi)s(2r-s).
