if AB=BC, the bisector with 90 degrees means Z=Z right triangle so x=y SUF

Statement I

x+z = 90

y+z = 90

therefore, x=y

Hence Sufficient.

Statement II

We can only find the value of x , we dont know if AB=BC

Insufficient.
