IESE: Applying in the final Round

Hi,
I am planning to apply to IESE, Spain in June for Oct 2010 course. This is the final deadline for the applications. What I need to know is whether I am at disadvantage by applying in the final round? Are acceptance and scholarship-grant going to be harder for applicants who are applying in the final round?
