Just took the GMAT. Q44 V69
I haven't received my AWA or integrated reasoning scores yet, and feel like I did quite well on them.
I have already submitted my application to SMU Cox School of Business, and was just awaiting my GMAT appointment.
My profile is:
8+ yrs as a Nuclear Mechanic in the navy.
BS in nuclear engineering technology, 3.77 gpa from excelsior college (ABET certified, regionally accredited online school)
I had my wife screen my essays, so they are spot on! (she is a doctor as UCLA, so she has a lot of essay experience)
Am I shooting for the stars, or do I have a decent shot at admission? I know I have a lot to offer, and if I retake the GMAT, i'm sure I could score better. My verbal score is pretty indicative of my abilities, however I REALLY screwed up some easy quantitative questions, even realizing it after clicking the wrong answer!
My nerves got the best of me.
Anyways, I'm really just looking for some advice, maybe ground my expectations a little bit. Thanks!
