Position of 'last Thursday' in a sentence.

Hi,

Which one of this ones is correct?

a) First of all, I wanted to thank you for answering our questions last Thursday in such a straightforward and insightful manner.
b) First of all, I wanted to thank you for answering our questions in such a straightforward and insightful manner last Thursday.

out of the two, IMO A.
Why? Coz 'Last Thursday' is placed at the right position in A. In B, it looks like 'straightforward and insightful manner' was last Thursday. :)
