Hi All,

In the below Question (Q20 of OG-10) the reason for kicking out "C" and "E" as mentioned in OG is: "that" has been omitted which makes both the choices grammatically incorrect.

Can somebody please help me understand why omission of "that" makes the sentence grammatically incorrect ?
