I believe that the answer choices should appear as shown below:

The blue values below cancel out, leaving only the red values:
(4 * 10¯�)(5 * 10¯�) / (20 * 10�) = 10¯¹�/10� = 10¯¹�.

The correct answer is B.

Using scientific notation, we have:

(4 x 10^-4)(5 x 10^-6)/(2 x 10^5)

(2 x 10^-4)(5 x 10^-6)/10^5

(10^1 x 10^-10)/10^5

10^-9/10^5 = 10^-14

Answer: B
