Can anyone verify which version of Kaplan is this

I've got this from a friend of mine, I was told it's the 2007 version, can you guys check the screenshots. The footer says (C) 2004 Kaplan. Does that mean it's a 2004 version? Can any experts confirm from the screenshots?

I wouldn't read too much into the dates in the footer. These are often overlooked for update in software. If the CD came with the 2007 book, then that should very likely be the latest resource for that book, at that time. I hope that helps settles your worries!
