Statement 1: travel at a rate less than 6.4 km per hour. So use the max 6.4 an hour over 2 hours it's 12.8 km. However 10 miles is 10 x 1.6 = 16 km. So any vaule 6.4 and under means she didn't walked it within 2 hours. Suffient.

Statement 2: so more than 9 mins per km. So 9min/1km = x mins/16km; x = 144 mins. Which is greater than 2 hours. Again any vaule 9 mins or greater means it takes longer than 2 hours. Suffient. Therfore the answer is D
