Hi

You definitely have an International exposure in education. But before you intend to choose a program or major( and have not yet decided on either) , i would like to suggest you to do a little research on what you want out of an MBA. You will face this question in many forms. During essays, interviews and whatnot. So try reading about some good career paths, read a few mba blog of past btg bloggers( those who passed out of bschools and joined some firm and were of your backgorund). Dream of being in some good companies you have heard of, list down some fancy posts and divisions of an organisation and then link them with your MBA. This MBA could not land you a role in Broadways but definitely give you a degree and possiblity to reach the best professionally. So determine what is this best for you.

I am linking your desire, with your background(little info of which we have), your Good GMAT score ( i wish a 700+) ...a tier 1 bschool

But you will need to showcase yourself as a terrific prospect. The reason is that you need to make up for less experience.

Well any place that can help you reach your goals! And General management and global management is something that you have in every school.
Some schools do FOCUS on it though. The European schools are notoriously global in their makeup and outlook.

Very notable in Wharton's Lauder program.

And other schools have similar programs.

I would start with the top if you can reach, and given your international background, would definitely have a look at the European schools - INSEAD, LBS, HEC, IE, IESE

If you wish to apply to top business schools then one of the prerequisites is having significant work experience. Generally candidates have around 4-5 years of full time experience in spite of several term time projects or jobs; so you may be competing with other candidates who have 4-5 years of full time experience and have started significant initiatives at college. Hence, we would advise you to gain some full time work experience before you decide to apply for an MBA. Although you can look into some masters program.

Wow! I didn't really think I would get any feedback from this! I really appreciate all the advice you gave me and the effort you put to answer my questions and give me suggestions. I was actually thinking to apply for 2013 or 2014 but I'm writing on Nov. 5th so I would have about 4 yrs of work experience by the time I apply. I guess I have to do a little more research on what exactly I want to narrow my degree to. Once again I'm grateful and open to more suggestions and advice! Thank you all. Thank you beatthegmat.
