Positions of Responsibility -

At work
-Currently heading a cross departmental team of 9 members on my current offshore site responsible for managing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) issues.
-Site LEAN champion - Facilitating preparation and execution of LEAN projects.

During Undergraduate studies

Things look pretty good for you,
In general life can be tough for Indian applicants, but you have all the necessary items (and a few extras)

The Good Stuff:
- IIT Graduate
- Real leadership
- International experience
- Strong industry
- Good GPA
- Excellent GMAT
- Good promotion schedule

The bad stuff:
Nothing I can see so far :)
Maybe maybe I wish there was something super-unique that I've never read before...

All tells me you are ready for B-school, and Top 10 schools should be in range (although I'd still urge adding 1-2 safer schools from the 10-20 in the rankings). I think you can keep these four target schools, add one or two more, and try and get them all in in R1 (lots of work and lots of time, but doable, since you can start now). And then you can make tweaks and additions for R2,

Looking goooooood, dude!
Good luck,
Jon

Hi Jon,

Thanks for the profile review. That was an encouraging one and I will definitely work on the aspects where the profile lacks.

Thanks again.
