Should I retake the GMAT after getting a 710 (Q49, V37)?

I also have a 3.7 GPA from the University of Illinois with a Dual Degree in Finance and Accounting and a Minor in Technology & Management.
By the time I matriculate, I'll have 4 years of consulting experience at IBM.

It depends mostly on whether you have good reason to apply now or not. Are you ready to apply RIGHT now? Then of course not. If you wanted to apply next year, sure try, why not? Although an unbalanced 710 is less good than a balanced 710, it's still better than a 690!
