Hi,
Am I the only one in thinking that Manhattan GMAT math and verbal parts are different and more difficult than the actual gmat?

Nope. You are not alone. I have a similiar feeling.

Well, I've never scored more than 650 in the practice test but in the real test I got a 680! And I've never scored more than 36 in the Verbal part but on GMATPrep I got a 42 and in the real one a 40!

Don't read too much into the scores. Only scores that really matter are the GMATPreps. BUT do pay attention to the trend of the scores and also MGMAT tests do excellent job in identifying your weaknesses.

I found the verbal of MGMAT very helpful while quant is bit too cumbersome to solve.
