Are the Quant tests on 800Score (the Flash ones) comparable to the real GMAT? I am not doing very well on them in general.

No, they are not. Don't bother taking them. GMATPrep is the most important -- be sure to take those. The only other tests I took were the Cracking the GMAT tests and I would definitely recommend those.
