Idioms-Experts Needed

Please clarify which one of the two choices is correct in each of the following.

'oblivious to sth' and 'oblivious of sth'
'careful with sth' and careful of sth'
'disappointed in you' and 'disappointed with you'
'dash for the door' and 'dash to the door'.
