Are you applying as American or Indian? Are you in the US? Any leadership?

(Anyhow with a 740 and as a female candidate I would go for it, but chances could be better or worse)

Thanks for your reply!

I am in US since 6.5 years - I did my masters degree from Cornell and have worked in the US since 5.5 years - but I am an Indian by citizenship.

I do not have significant leadership skills I can demonstrate. What kind of leadership skills do people usually demonstrate? Should it be work-related only or leadership skills for extra curricular activities are ok too? I have founded a photography club at work and also I was the head of placements commitee during my undergrad. Do they count?

Thanks

I'd personally be rather surprised if you were turned down from the Haas EWMBA program with female minority status and an excellent GMAT. The EWMBA shouldn't be as strict about things like previous GPA, etc. Just my feeling though - not an expert opinion.

Anyhow, I hope to apply to the same next year. See you there!
