It does not look like Georgia Tech has a generic Executive MBA program like most people would think of when they say EMBA. They have two programs:

(1) The Global Executive MBA, which is clearly targeted at global business. It has two international rotational programs.
(2) The Executive MBA - Management of Technology, which is focused on "emerging technologies" which I assume means you take classes in the engineering school along side your MBA.

Both of those programs have a really strong focus. If one matches you, then great. If not, then you probably want a more generic program.
