I got it for $18 at amazon, support quality work. Buy the book.

I'm half way through and it is doing a good job helping me to learn grammar. I haven't taken a test yet on SC but I'm pretty confident this book will be like rocket fuel on my dismal sc ability

Magneto, that would be copyright infringement, which is illegal, so please don't ask people about that. Those materials are never available in soft copy because they're too easy to pirate that way.

It's cheap enough...just buy it.
