1x+2y+3x=1.5(x+y+z)

x+2y+3z=1.5x+1.5y+1.5z

ie solve for x

.5x=.5y+1.5z

multiply thru out by 3

x= y+3z

Hi Uma,
Friendly suggestion: If u search this forum using the search function with key words (I used grades of milk as the keywrod for this one)u will find solutions to almost all GMAT prep problems. This way u dont have to wait for a response from others.

Regards,
Cramya
