Basic Entire Sentence Underlined Theory?

After reading through multiple GMAT books there was an interesting tip and I cannot fully remember it. With the full sentence underlined on SC questions the 2 most common answers are? I believe whichever book it was said they are D and E. Maybe the info was read somewhere on here.

If this is the case those are the 2 first answers we should read. Can you help us remember the best starting point for fully underlined sentences?

*There are a few good articles on this site but I did not see the info there

I wouldn't put much stock in this sort of tip. I have seen it before and I find it to be wishful thinking at best and a serious time-waster at worst. The GMAT is a hard test, but like any test it can be learned. However, the skill development you need to learn the GMAT takes time: asking for shortcut strategies is dangerously sophistic!
