judge - who

by Fractal » Sun Aug 28, 2011 3:03 am
In Russia the attorney's role is often played by the judge, who not only reserves time to hear citizen's legal complaints and also prepares their cases should the claims be valid.

Isn't the usage of "who" incorrect, since "judge" is not a person but a thing? So one must use "which" instead of "who"... ?

thx

ah sorry, it's clear now! it was a vocabulary problem :-) i meant that "judge" is equal to "court"! But as I have realized now, "judge" is a person!
