E is right answer.

All the other choices have modifier issues.

A) is wrong because "a market ranging.." is placed near percentage and non sensically modifies percentage.Also here this usage is not a noun+noun modifier usage as "a market" noun in the noun+noun modifier part is already in the non underlined part of the sentence.So this construction is not noun+noun modifier.

B) is wrong because it uses "Which" near country thus meaning country ranges from obscure textbooks to mass market.Hence wrong

C) is wrong because "amarket ranging" is placed near country thus implying a non sensical meaning.

D) is wrong because of its use of "Which" as in option B.Hence wrong.
