Cornell GSM

Hey Stacy,

I have been reading up on Cornell GSM and especially about their Immersion Program. I can't help but think that the Immersion Program is ideal for career switchers and gives a distinct advantage to the Cornell job applicant. How does the Cornell student fair compared with other East Coast business schools in obtaining job offers?

Do you think the Immersion Program carries any weight among interview companies?

Thanks.

It really depends what type of industry/job/company you are targeting. The program will surely be valued more at some companies than others. If you are very specific with regards to your career goals, I always recommend contacting prospective employers and asking where they recruit and what they think of particular schools and programs.
