Could this be about an incident in which the applicant does a task a wrong way and he upsets the client . Things turn out to be the opposite what he expected .He is chastised .He is obliged to redo things to ameliorate the situation and satisfy the client . In the process he learns lessons.
Would this qualify as a failure or a mistake.
Could you please advise on this essay . I find this difficult because normally anyone would retry things at which they fail
