Study Plan for 2 months

by kats6990 » Fri Jun 01, 2007 3:42 am
Hi

I am planning to take GMAT by the end of July'07. I am using the following

1. GMAT OG 11th Edition
2. GMAT Powerprep
3. GMAT Prep software CAT
4. PR Cracking the GMAT
5. Practice test available on here and on OG.

Can anyone give me a study plan for a day. Like how many PS, DS, SC,CR shd be done/day.

Currently I review maths each day and do 30 practice questions. Study DS and Do 20 Practice. Do 25 questions on verbal practice tests getting hang of DS somewhat. And review my math weaknesses.

I tend to get stuck on probabilities. Though i do not waste time on them, just take an educated guess and i move on. Then i review all such problems. AWA i am doing 1 of each/day.

Also i also work fulltime 9 to 5, so i'd really appreciate your suggestions.

Eric has a bunch of detailed info on the wiki - you should look through that and pick out what you think is likely to work for you. (Click on the "GMAT Resources" link up towards the top of your browser window and then start browsing the resources.)

Also, generally study in bursts of 90-120 minutes. More than that - your brain starts to become less efficient and you don't learn or remember as much. Less than that - you aren't getting enough traction.

Good luck!
