3*60*60*24=259200

9 people are born and 3 people die every 2 seconds, so 6 people every 2 seconds are added.

A day has 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, 25 hours in a day.

60*60 = 3600.
3600*24 = 86400 seconds in a day.

So now you can either do 86400*3 since there are 6 people added every 2 seconds. Half of 6=3. Or half of 86400=43200*6 = 259,200.
