the books are good to start your prep. with 3-4 months of study (even with the hours mentioned) you should be able to aim for a score at least in the 600s. my personal experience says that after thoroughly using the study material from the books, you'd be able to make the most out of those flash cards. and do make some of your own to address your own weak areas/ points.

Good luck. I take my exam Friday so I know how you're feeling right about now.Hotstev wrote:tomorrow is my GMAT appointment. I studied for the last 1,5 months approximately 2-3h/day. Worked through OG and partly through Kaplan800. GMATPrep Q34-36; V15-25. Aiming for at least 500.
Wish me the best.

Good Luck Hotstev!!!!!!! We're all rooting for you! One last tip that I actually learned from someone here on BTG... when you get to the verbal section... tell yourself that you enjoy the content - whatever it may be. It seems like a no brainer, but if you keep that in mind... you'll take in the information better... at least that's what I've found!
