(1) (xy + xz + yz)/xyz = 4
(2) x + y = 3
Statement 1: (xy + xz + yz)/xyz = 4
=> (xy/xyz) + (xz/xyz) + (yz/xyz) = 4
=> (1/z + 1/y + 1/x) = 4

Sufficient

Statement 2: No information about z.

Not sufficient

The correct answer is A.
