A. \(\dfrac{100(100-z)(100-y)}{100^2-z(100-y)}\)

B. \(\dfrac{(100-z)(100-y)}{100}\)

C. \((100-z)(100-y)\)

Don't even think about doing the algebra.

Plug in some easy values. Make y and z= 50.

So if there are 100 women there are also 100 men. After 50% of the men resign, there are now 50 women+25 men= 75 total, and men = 25/75 or 33 %. So 33% is the target to search for in the answer choices.

Looking at a.

100*(100-50)*(100-50)= 2500*100= 250,000

100^2= 10000. 10000-50(100-50) = 7500

250000/7500= 2500/75=
33 1/3, A
