How are South Indians treated in LPU

by Manan_LPU » Sun Feb 19, 2023 9:04 pm
Lovely Professional University serves as both a centre for education and a meeting place for cultures from around the world. It is India's biggest single-campus university. Students here live in peace and brotherhood, and they come from all over the world in addition to south India. It offers the biggest residential complex in the entire planet.

The hostel or mess meal menu, as well as the kiosks, offer South Indian cuisines. There are several creative and cultural events that South Indian students present, and they all take part equally in performing arts activities; there is no favouritism with regard to either academic or extracurricular factors. LPU is not constrained by any restrictions or partiality, whether they pertain to domestic or international students.

When it comes to security, LPU offers complete campus safety. LPU cares deeply about each and every student enrolled there. Due to its anti-ragging policies, LPU does not tolerate drug use, abuse, or other similar situations. With more than 4,000 CCTVs, turnstiles at gates and hostels, and day-and-night guard patrols close to hostels in particular, the security is very high here. Not only that, but students are also subject to time restrictions, particularly for girls, who are forbidden from loitering outside of the dorms after 8 p.m. Parents can always check their child's progress using their own UMS system, and if a kid misses a lesson, a message will be sent to the parent.

More than 30% of LPU students come from South India, particularly from Andhra Pradesh, which is a fun fact about the university.

I hope that was helpful.
