Is the range of Set A greater than the median?

(1) The median of the set is zero.
(2) The largest element in the set is twelve.

The OA is the option C.

How can I show that using both statements together is sufficient to get an answer? Experts, can you help me? Thanks.

Statement 1:
Case 1: 0, 0, 0
In this case, range = 0 and median = 0.
Thus, the answer to the question stem is NO.
Case 2: 0, 0, 1
In this case, range = 1 and median = 0.
Thus, the answer to the question stem is YES.
INSUFFICIENT.

Statement 2:
Case 1: 12, 12, 12
In this case, range = 0 and median = 12.
Thus, the answer to the question stem is NO.
Case 2: 0, 0, 12
In this case, range = 12 and median = 0.
Thus, the answer to the question stem is YES.
INSUFFICIENT.

Statements combined:
Since the set has a median of 0 and a greatest value of 12, the range must be greater than 0.
Since range > 0 and median = 0, range > median.
SUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is C.
