We can plug in values.
Let number of students accepted = 100.
.2*100 = 20 will not attend.
Let x = 80.
Thus, to achieve an enrollment of x=80 students, the number accepted must be 100. This is our target answer.

Now we plug x=80 into all the answers to see which yields our target of 100.
Only D works:
1.25*80 = 100.

The correct answer is D.
