Suggestions and Feedback

I have been trying to send out a personal message it says the message has been sent, but doesn't show in my sent folder (pops up in outbox).

I cleared my Inbox/Sent folders wondering if it is a mailbox limit issue but still nothing. I was hoping if someone could assist as the mail is sort of important!
