1. (a-7)(b-7)(c-7) =0
Means, atleast one is equal to 7. It's possible that all are equal to seven.

Insufficient.

2. bc = 18
We can't find the value of a. Insufficient.

1 & 2
From 2, if either b or c is equal to 7 then bc can't be 18. Hence, b!=7 and C != 7. From 1, a must be 7.

IMO C.
