Middle Management Confusion

Hi,
I am an Electronics Engineer, working in a public sector company in India, as Asst Manager.Age 29 years.I have a work experience of 3.5 years. I am just bore with my job profile, i want change in my work profile.I have applied for the GMAT, and my exam is on NOV.


So i decided to do MBA.Here i need your help and advice.


1. Which is best for me full time 2 year or 1 year executive mba?

2. Which college/s I should prefer for?(if my score allows me)

Dear Sai,

With less than 10 years of work experience, you are not eligible for most executive MBA programs. Likewise, since you want to make a career change you need the opportunity to do an internship to redirect your resume and gain some relevant experience.

I would encourage you to visit our sticky on school selection for tips on how to evaluate programs.
