Hi there,
The MCA is not going to be a program - schools looks at various factors, especially if you are looking at global programs. The most important factor is your work experience - your roles, your growth, your impact on the firm, and therefore the potential value you can bring to the class and to future employers.

I didn't understand your point about 18 years - can you clarify that?

I would be happy to help you more with your profile - feel free to connect directly via my site.

Best of luck,
Yael
