Where is the best FREE gmat information found?

Let me tell you a little about myself. I take the GMAT in August. I'm hoping to get in the high 700's. My first diagnostic test placed me around 690. These facts out of the way, I need to mention that I'm very cheap. Where can I find the best FREE GMAT materials online? :)

Also, any tips for people like me who want to score in the high 700's, but had a diagnostic in the high 600's?

Your best bet would be to just come to this forum daily and attempt to solve all of the problems that people post. The problems that you can't solve, odds are, someone else in the forum will be able to solve it. If your weakness is sentence correction, go to google and type in Purdue OWL, that is an excellent grammar reference.

I know I'm probably biased, but I think that the articles on Beat the GMAT are an amazing resource. Many of the topics covered draw on the knowledge of experienced test prep professionals, and break down common verbal and quant issues. This forum is great as well; I think (and again, I'm not the most objective source here) that the designations of some people as experts, and others as highly experienced, helps to avoid one of the problems that you sometimes see on other forums: the blind are leading the blind, so to speak. Being able to verify the reliability of other forum posters makes effectively using the forums here much easier than it would otherwise be. If you're still in school or have a good relationship with your undergrad institution, check with the career services professionals there. They may have information about free or low-cost resources that you wouldn't find otherwise.

You should try Torrent, eMule and esnips.com. There are a lot of good materials floating on the Internet:

1 - Kaplan CD 2007.
2 - PowerScore Critical Reasoning Bible.
3 - An old edition of the Manhattan Sentence Correction guide.
4 - 5 800.com CAT tests.
5 - LSAT tests and Kaplan explanations to then.
6 - McGraw Hill 2007 GMAT guide.
7 - GMAT Sets

But be aware that these are all copyrighted material, so you can face death penalty if someone discovers you.
