I have been studying for my GMAT for a while now. I have given quite bit of tests where I have score around 660. I know it is not a great score. My strong point has been Quant where I score about 92-99%. I am really weak with my verbal about 60-70%. I gave my GMAT today but for some reason I fell short of time and had almost 7 questions left when I was solving my Math section. One probable reason I find is that I tried giving MGMAT which had pretty tough problems. These were the last few exams I gave and I kind of didn't believe that the problems in real GMAT were that straightforward so I tried to crosscheck my problems where I lost lot of time. I was so disappointed after my Math section that I couldn't concentrate on my verbal at all and eventually out of frustration I cancelled my scores because I had this bad feeling that I have done miserable in my test. This GMAT is quite jinxed for me because I had regsitered for it last week I forgot to take my passport and hence I had to register again for today. I am already down $500 and can't afford to lose more money hence very imp tht I crack it next time I give. No gifts for anyone this time I go to India
I have one month now any advice on how I can tackle my timing issue and also improve on my verbal..Moreoever I am scared tht my practice scores will be skewed as I have already given almost all the tests. I think I am lacking in some strategy. My also weak point is that I don't let the problem go (dunt know if it is an ego issue) or I am scared of my scores getting affected. Any great advice for me.
