Hi there - Writing the test tomorrow and would like to confirm one thing with you guys. Is it true that the below always holds. If this is true we never assume a negative sqrt ... correct?

SQRT[(x-5)^2] = Abs (x-5)

Yeah you are correct......squareroot (any term ) = positive ans.:
only (any term ) square = +/- ans.
