Please evaluate my profile - Really appreciate it

GMAT: 730 (Q: 50, V: 40)
30/M
I have a Masters degree in Computer Science with a GPA of 3.89/4.0
I did my undergrad in India and scored 81% (Top 10% of the class)
I have decent volunteer work(most of it is in past 6 months) and currently I am a project coordinator at a volunteer organization.

I have been working for the past 4 years in a top tech firm and was promoted recently. Currently I am leading a project and managing an international team(3 members).

I plan to apply to the following schools:
1) Columbia
2) Stern
3) Tuck
4) Wharton
5) Darden
6) MIT
7) Booth

What are my chances? Which of these schools are in my reach?

You have good paper credentials and therefore seem to posess the core essentials for a top tier program. It would certainly be better to have demonstrated a longer history of involvement in your community, as recent work becomes suspect that it was only done as b-school application fodder. Not sure where you got your Masters degree, but if it was in the US, it would help. Your big hurdle will be your application pool. Second to white US males, Indian males with IT background is far and away the largest applicant pool and therefore makes it challenging to stand out. See my post on how to do so as an Indian Candidate. Your key will be well written and persuasive essays which articulate a clear and compelling short and long term career vision. MaAke sure you know why you want to go to each of those schools and can explain it. If you put in the heavy lifting on your application there is no reason why you shouldn't get into at least a couple of your choices. Get someone to read your essays before submitting. Smart to target so many in a very competitive environment like we're in right now. Good luck.

Hey Bryant,

Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, I did my Masters in the US.
I have some volunteer experience from couple of years back but most of the volunteer work is from the last 6-12 months.

Is there anything else I can do to strengthen my application? Do you think applying in R1 would help?

I recommend you continue contributing to the community in the future. If you plan to be a part of an upcoming activity - include it in your resume. Activities are not necessary but they are definitely a differentiating factor.
